New Banking System

In it's effort to continuously improve its products and services, Girobank changed its core banking system. Aim of this conversion is to improve efficiency in banking tasks and offer our clients more possibilities in order to meet their needs.

Girobank online banking:

Our online banking system is available on Monday March 5 at 8:00 am. There will be some new features on our new online banking system and your first password to access this new system is the serial number of your access card. You will also be requested to accept our amended Terms and Conditions after you log in. We are furthermore introducing a fresher lay-out

 The new features will be:

  • Inquiry of Loans, Time Deposits and credit cards for your convenience
  • As an extra security measurement, you will be able to approve all requested transfers and payments. Furthermore, 3 coordinates are now requested to log in
  • There will be an option to view your account statements online
  • You will have the possibility to create nick names for your accounts
  • Corporate users with more than one registered user, need to assign an administrator, in order to define the user profiles

Mobile banking:

Mobile banking will be available on Tuesday March 6 at 5:00 pm. Existing Mobile Banking users must re-affiliate through our online banking system or in one of our branches in Curaçao or Bonaire.

Credit card inquiry:

This service will be available as of Monday March 12

Girophone:

As of Friday March 2 at 10:00 pm the Girophone service will be discontinued. For assistance please contact one of our representatives during office hours on the number 433 9130.
