Girobank System Maintenance

Dear customer,

Girobank always strives to give you the best possible service. That is why we continuously perform system upgrades and scheduled maintenance.

This weekend we will be performing maintenance at our banking system. This will take place on the following dates and time slots:

Starting:  9:00 PM on March 9, 2018 (local time)
Finishing: 7:30 AM on March 10, 2018 (local time)

During this timeframe the following service(s) will be affected:

1. Girobank debit card customers will not be able to use their cards on any local or international ATM or POS terminal (other banks)
2. Internet banking will not be accessible
3. Mobile banking will not be accessible
